Presidential politics Obama-style: Just call your opponent a liar! (Libya security video)

In his campaign Barack Obama incorporates the worst of the "Rope-a-Dope" and "people in glass houses" before finishing it off with "the best defense is a strong offense!" technique

Here we have a President, Barack Obama, who along with his minions is attempting to portray Mitt Romney as a bender of the facts. But more than that! They are basically calling him a bald-faced liar regarding the challengers presidential debate statements about his plans for fixing the U.S. the economy! Imagine that!

A President who just seemingly got off scott-free from bending the truth about the September 11 attack and murder of U.S. citizens at our embassy in Libya has the nerve to accuse Mitt Romney of lying?

Isn't a cover-up of the facts for political or any other purpose a lie?

Why did the President attribute the attack to a video that no one had ever seen and then run-off to Las Vegas for a fundraiser?

Why send out administration talking heads to try and pound that point home?

Would the truth have put a crimp into his campaign plans?

Would the truth have brought out the fact that this administration has a foreign policy that runs counter to the best interests of the United States and its people?

Listen to what Lt. Col. Andy Wood, former head of a Special Forces "Site Security Team" in Libya, had to say on CBS News:

Further we have a President who cites Harvey Rosen, an economist from Princeton who studied the Romney tax plan, as a source of his ammunition for attacks on Romney. The good professor, however, wonders how the President and his campaign have so distorted his facts.

Did I say distorted? Aren't they lying about this in order to conform the facts to whatever narrative it is that they want to put out to the American people?

Said Professor Rosen, "I can’t tell exactly how the Obama campaign reached that characterization of my work."

Obamacare? Where do we start with this program that at the end of the day will prove to be nothing that the President has insisted that it is. Will this have been lies or mere distortions that needed to be told for the good of the people?

Isn't this just a President who is unable and unwilling to run on his record because it is so abysmal, so instead he and his campaign get down into the gutter to try and slander the opponent?

You can't change facts no matter how hard you try which makes clear why the Obama campaign is conducting its business the way that it is.

But that tactic only goes so far and as the President is finding out from the Libya attacks, the cover-up is always worse than the crime!
