Sunday observations: G-strings, coins, jobs and the economy!

Changing your bills into coins?

They cannot be serious! Phasing out paper currency in order to save $5.6 billion over 30 years, or $184 million a year?

Forgetting about the fact that Americans don't like coins (remember Susan B. Anthony) and prefer paper money, $184 million a year is unfortunately not even a rounding error on a rounding error in the federal budget.

Just some low hanging fruit that is irrelevant to discuss and waste time on which is why Congress will.

In addition, coins over paper could cost a fragile economy precious jobs!

More importantly, in an economy that is begging for jobs and consumer spending, an end to paper money could severely damage an entire genre of entertainment put many people out of work through the trickle-down effect .

Think about the velocity of money and that reportedly 45% of dollar bills in circulation have been in a strippers g-string! Go to coins over paper money and the carnage in that one industry alone could be devastating!

Why don't the members of Congress first address their own taxpayer funded perks and pensions and then think about going after the federal budget equivalent of change that's stuck in the couch cushions!
