Management hypothetical: Oshkosh, Wisconsin vs. the Obama administration (Video)

Violent gangs invade Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Police Chief Greuel says they are there to promote charity, pose no danger and ignores their presence

In this purely hypothetical example, particularly after a significant spike in violent crime, what would the impact be on the career of this chief of community safety? Asked to resign the next day perhaps?

This is in no way meant as any disrespect to the Police Chief of Oshkosh. I just like the name of the city.

In no way would I ever compare or contrast any law enforcement official worth his salt with the U.S. Director of National Intelligence James Clapper.

In yet another embarrassment to the Obama administration (Clapper was unaware of the terrorist arrests in Britain in December, 2010) and a shot across the bow for U.S. national security interests, Clapper testified before Congress that the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt is a secular organization and not terrorist.

Note to President Obama: Perhaps Mr. Clapper could be transfered to become Director of Intelligence of a small dog park in the D.C. Let him keep an eye on any pitbulls with evil intentions.
