Judge James Robertson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia ordered that Mohamedou Ould Slahi be released from Gitmo saying that the government did not have legal grounds to hold him.

Only in the United States could a man, once called "the highest value detainee" being held at Gitmo, be released for reasons having to do with the criminal court system. We are at war! Remember that phrase, because our government seems to have forgotten it.
Who is more dangerous than the people who carry out an attack? The person with the skills to recruit these people. Mohamedou Ould Slahi recruited Mohammed Atta, and others who took part in the 9/11 attacks. He has also suspected of being involved in other al-Qaeda operations.
